Agree here. New tokenomics is the top priority, but members still need to discuss and iron out the specifics before the engineering work can be completed.
@Rei’s Request for Comment - Tokenomics Design Detail hasn’t received many comments to date, and these questions need to be addressed before moving to the next stage of discussion.
I share the same opinion that members should be able to exit before any major decisions are made wrt matching liabiilties.
I do find it surprising that more members weren’t aware of both ETH and DAI exposure in the capital pool since that’s been part of the design since launch. In any event, though, members would need to vote on any major swap of ETH to DAI.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a simple solution and the majority of the demand for cover is denominated in DAI given the current market condititions.
