When loss events occur, the Claims Filing category will be used to post information that members who plan to file claims can use to prepare for filing a claim request.
Members can also reach out and ask for support in this category about their claim submission. Members can also reach out on the Nexus Mutual Discord server and ask for claims support, as well, by opening a ticket in the Open a Ticket channel.
