NMPIP 205: Grant Advisory Board (as the Foundation Council) Authority to Deal with Any Matters Relating to Holdnaut, FTX, BlockFi, Gemini, and Euler Finance Claims, and Any Future Reimbursement Claims
Summary
Members have approved claims for Holdnaut, FTX, BlockFi, Gemini, and Euler Finance. Reimbursement has been or will be available to the claimants who redeemed their claim payments.
As the Foundation Council, the Advisory Board is asking members to grant them the authority to deal with any matters related to Holdnaut, FTX, BlockFi, and Euler Finance claims and pursue reimbursement where possible.
Rationale
Members have approved claims for various Custody Cover products (i.e., Holdnaut, FTX, BlockFi, and Gemini) and for Euler Finance. If reimbursement is made available to the claimants, Nexus Mutual should be reimbursed.
Specification
If members grant the Advisory Board (as the Foundation Council) the authority to deal with any matters related to Holdnaut, FTX, BlockFi, Gemini, and Euler Finance claims, and any future reimbursement claims, then the Advisory Board (as the Foundation Council) will be able to take action including but not limited to instructing legal representative, litigation and arbitration authority, negotiation of any resolution, involvement in bankruptcy proceeding, recovery of assets.
Technical requirements
This will be a no action vote, which carries no technical requirements and requires no engineering resources.

This NMPIP is open for review from Friday (14 July) until Tuesday (18 July). After the review and comment period, this NMPIP will transition to an on-chain vote starting on Wednesday (19 July) and ending on Saturday (22 July).

There is 100 NXM allocated for voting incentives.
