Speed Up KYC issue resolution

Hi all
I have been waiting months now for the KYC to complete. It seems to be stuck. I have tried making contact via telegram and discord but have had no response from Nexus. @Kayleigh-NexusMutual
Have other people experienced long delays with KYC?

Good luck, after they got hacked I’m not sure we will ever get our money back. They have disappeared from social media and don’t respond to messages.
